Meadway Developments have completed on the purchase of Bridgeworks in Altrincham following the receipt of detailed planning permission to convert and extend the existing Grade 2 listed warehouse. The proposals will provide 32 dwellings, consisting of 2 studios apartments, 12 one bed apartments,14 two bed apartments and 4 three bed apartments. Associated parking, cycle space and canal side amenity areas will also be provided externally.
